Pel-Air Aviation SAAB 340 Freighter VH-KDB at Rockhampton Airport

Don W ventured to Rockhampton Airport on Wednesday 12 September and sent through a photo of Pel-Air's SAAB 340A Freighter VH-KDB, which was grounded at the Airport.

Information suggests that VH-KDB arrived into Rockhampton from Brisbane in the early hours of Wednesday morning, before departing for Mackay.  During this flight, it appears to have turned back to Rockhampton Airport, and as of this morning was still parked there.

***UPDATE!!  VH-KDB departed to Townsville late on Friday 14 September.

Also spotted by Don was Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) Hawker Beechcraft B200 King Air VH-FDA ("FlyDoc 401").

VH-FDA - which is usually based at Bundaberg Airport - has become a regular visitor to Rockhampton in recent days.
