Qantas Boeing B767-338 (ER) VH-OGR Pops into Hamilton Island Airport on Again on Friday!

Qantas Boeing B767-338 (ER) VH-OGR flew into Hamilton Island Airport from Sydney again on Friday 5 October as QFA1351.  Today however, it departed back to Sydney with a similar flight number of QFA1352, suggesting that this was also a charter flight, rather than a positioning flight.

Meanwhile, there was yet more bizjet action on Friday 5 October, with Brenzil Dassault Falcon 2000EX VH-CRW arriving from and then departing back to Brisbane early in the morning.  Then around lunchtime, Business Aviation Solutions Cessna 650 Citation VII bizjet VH-LYM arrived into Hamo from Sydney.  It seems to be staying overnight.

  1. Qantas Boeing VHOGR B767-338 flew as QFA1351 (charter?) DRW to BNE 24 July 13 near Longreach at 1500 - same aircraft that flew SYD/DRW much earlier in the day? Reported to be carrying asylum seekers to BNE from DRW.
