Air Link (Dubbo) Beech 1900D VH-RUE and More From Gladstone Airport This Week

Jamie C has a great spotting location, and was on hand at Gladstone Airport on Tuesday 4 December when Air Link Beech 1900D VH-RUE arrived from Moura.

VH-RUE used to be a frequent visitor to Central Queensland, but hasn't been seen in our region for quite a number of weeks.  VH-RUE later departed to Brisbane.

Jamie also captured the arrival of Vee H Aviation (Corporate Air) Metro 23 VH-VEU.

As well as locally based Nixon Communication Cessna 210 VH-NCG as it was taxiing for departure to Mackay.

Virgin Australia (Skywest Airlines) ATR 72-500 VH-FVU was spotted later on Tuesday 4 December.

QantasLink Dash-8-Q400 VH-QOH was also photographed by Jamie arriving into Gladstone.  VH-QOH still wears the Pink Breast Cancer Awareness colour scheme.

Lastly, arriving into Gladstone late on Tuesday 4 December was Gunn Resources McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company (MDHC) 500N (Notar) VH-INY.

VH-INY stayed overnight, and Jamie photographed the lovely looking chopper as it departed on Wednesday 5 December.

Also early on Wednesday 5 December, Jamie captured some lovely images of two early morning arrivasl into Gladstone Airport in the form of Virgin Australia ATR 72-500 VH-FVM and QantasLink Dash-8-Q400 Next Gen VH-LQF.

VH-LQF wears additional titles highlighting QantasLink being awarded Air Transport World magazine's Regional Airline of the Year for 2012.

Great photos as always Jamie - many thanks!
