Marcplan Charter Raytheon Hawker 800XP Bizjet VH-MEP - And More - at Gladstone Airport on Wednesday

Local plane spotters Jamie C and Tash C had another great day of plane spotting at Gladstone Airport on Wednesday 25 September highlighted by the visit of Marcplan Charter Raytheon Hawker 800XP bizjet VH-MEP.

The sleek little bizjet is pictured departing Gladstone for parts unknown after arriving the previous day on Tuesday 24 September.

Meanwhile, also spotted by Jamie and Tash on Wednesday 25 September, was QantasLink Dash-8-Q400 VH-QOI which was photographed arriving from Rockhampton and then later departing for Brisbane as QLK2301.

Also spotted was Virgin Australia Regional ATR 72-600s VH-FVI and VH-FVP.

QantasLink (Cobham Aviation) Boeing B717-200 VH-NXR was also photographed making a spectacular departure off Gladstone's Runway 28.

And finally, to top the day off, QantasLink Dash-8-Q400 VH-QOW was photographed departing Gladstone late in the day on Wednesday 25 September.  The colourful Dash-8 still wears its Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo colour scheme.

Sincere thanks to Jamie and Tash for yet again sending through some fantastic plane spotting photos from Gladstone Airport.  We really appreciate their support - and really enjoy bringing our faithful readers and followers all the latest plane spotting reports and news from the Central Queensland region!
