On Wednesday 25 September, local plane spotter 'IAD' captured some great photos of the new Rockhampton-based American-registered Lancair 4 N43D. The smart little prop is reportedly a new acquisition by Rockhampton-based R-Mach Aviation.
N43D departed Rockhampton for Archerfield on what is believed to be a test flight. It returned later in the day.
Certainly a lovely little aircraft, and sincere thanks to 'IAD' for sending through these great photos!
