And a Few More Plane Spotting Photos from Gladstone Airport - Our Airline VH-INU & Great Helicopters!

There's also been a few great movements at Gladstone Airport over the last week or so - including the now regular 9-day FIFO visit by Our Airline - as well as some great helicopters to call into the port city - and some of the action was captured by local plane spotters Jamie and Tash.

As mentioned below, Our Airline (Air Nauru) Boeing B737-300 VH-INU arrived into Gladstone Airport late on Sunday 18 May.  Jamie and Tash captured some great photos as VH-INU then departed back to Brisbane on Tuesday 20 May.

Also spotted at Gladstone Airport twice on Tuesday 20 May was Earth Commodities Cessna 550 Citation Bravo bizjet VH-CCJ.

As posted below, there has also been some great helicopter movements into Gladstone Airport, with Australian Army Sikorsky S-70A-9 Blackhawk Helicopter A25-112 perhaps the star arrival on Wednesday 21 May.

Back on Sunday 18 May, Australian Helicopters new Bell 412EP VH-PXY called in while on delivery from Redcliffe to the Northern Territory.

Also calling in was very sleek looking Gold Coast Leisure Services Eurocopter EC120B VH-JSM.

On Wednesday 21 May, M. I. Helicopters of Roma Agusta 206B VH-JZB was captured visiting Gladstone Airport.

And finally, and quite interestingly (in my opinion!) was the recent visit to Gladstone of Aerospatiale AS.350BA VH-HBZ, which has now seemingly entered service with Stirling Helicopters of Theodore.  Until recently, this chopper was operating out of Mackay Airport with Mackay Helicopters.

Some great photos from Jamie and Tash, and we thank them sincerely for sending them through!
