Skytrans Dash-8-100 VH-QQK Pops into Rockhampton Airport Twice on Saturday

An interesting visitor to Rockhampton Airport twice on Saturday 22 June was Skytrans Airlines Dash-8-100 VH-QQK.

Local plane spotter 'IAD' was on hand as VH-QQK touched down from Brisbane as SKP1852.

After taking on fuel, VH-QQK departed North to Cairns still as SKP1852.

Then, after dark, VH-QQK operated back into Rockhampton from Cairns, touching down as SKP1853.  It then flew straight back to Cairns using the same flight number, touching down on early Sunday.
