Queensland Government Hawker 850XP Bizjet VH-SGY Snapped at Bundaberg Airport Friday

New camera in-hand, local plane spotter Micah S popped out to Bundaberg Airport on Friday 8 August and captured some fantastic photos of the visiting Queensland Government Airwing (State of Queensland) Raytheon Hawker 850XP bizjet VH-SGY.

It arrived from Brisbane and remained parked until the early afternoon when it departed back to the capital.

Meanwhile, last Sunday 3 August, Micah also captured a couple of photos of QantasLink Dash-8-Q400 VH-QOP as it prepared for departure from Bundy to Brisbane as QLK2321.

Of note, VH-QOP then departed Brisbane for Canberra and has been operating 'down South' since then!

Finally, Micah also sends through a photo highlighting to prospective visitors to Bundaberg Airport that parking charges have changed from mid-July.

I do like however, that the first 2-hours parking remain free-of-charge!

Thanks Micah for sending through these great photos - you certainly have a beaut new camera!
