A Couple of Bizjets and a Trio of Corporate Air SAAB 340s at Hamilton Island Airport

Not sure what was happening at Hamilton Island but three Corporate Air SAAB 340Bs - VH-VEO, VH-VEF and VH-VEP - were all noted calling in from Brisbane in quick succession early on Monday 16 March.

They departed in the late afternoon, returning to Brisbane, again in quick succession.

Also on Monday 16 March, Cessna 680 Citation Sovereign bizjet VH-VPL called in from the Sunshine Coast.  It had earlier departed its Gold Coast base.

Over the weekend, Shortstop Jet Charter British Aerospace BAe-125-1000B bizjet VH-LMP made another visit, arriving from Melbourne (Essendon) on Saturday 14 March and departing back there on Sunday 15 March.

As mentioned below, Virgin Australia (Virgin Samoa) Boeing B737-800 VH-VOR (ex ZK-PBF) operated into Hamo on Saturday 14 March.

And on Friday 13 March, Hawker Beechcraft G58 VH-EZD arrived from Rockhampton and Monto.

Finally, on Thursday 12 March, Skypac Aviation Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-NEQ called into Hamilton Island Airport from Bankstown.  It departed to Cairns before returning to Bankstown later in the day.
