RAAF Boeing C-17A Globemaster III A41-206 Missed Approach at Rockhampton Airport Again on Friday!

Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing C-17A Globemaster III A41-206 was back in the skies of Queensland on Friday 15 January and again completed airwork at Rockhampton Airport.

Local plane spotters Isaac M and 'IAD' were on hand to capture some great photos as the Globemaster - flying as "Stallion 20" - flew North from RAAF Base Amberley and then departed to the South West.

A41-206 was then spotted in the skies over Roma, also completing a missed approach at Roma Airport.  The sight of the massive RAAF transport certainly raised some eyebrows and had locals talking!

After Roma, A41-206 looked to return to Amberley.

Some great photos from the Rockhampton Plane Spotters and we thank them sincerely for sending them through!
