Also on Tuesday 3 October, a pair of Townsville Airlines (Flightech Air Logistics) Cessna 402C twins VH-UCM and VH-THX also both flew into Rocky from Cairns.

All three aircraft stayed at Rockhampton Airport for the night.

Then before dawn on Wednesday 4 October, VH-THX departed Rockhampton Airport and looked to fly into Lockhart River before returning to Cairns, while VH-ZRM departed Rocky for Cairns as RXA9912.

It appears the VH-UCM may have broken down at Rockhampton Airport and so VH-THX then completed another return flight from Cairns to Rocky and back a little later on Wednesday 4 October.

Also on Wednesday 4 October, a third Townsville Airlines (Flightech Air Logistics) Cessna 402C VH-JOH was spotted shortly after arriving into Rockhampton Airport but from Charters Towers Airport.  It departed to Cairns before dawn on Thursday 5 October.

Finally, also on Thursday 5 October, Wolff Aviation Hawker Beechcraft C90GTi VH-VWG arrived into Rockhampton Airport from its Toowoomba base.

It was captured departing to Wanella Station (near Coppabella) and later returned to Rocky.  VH-VWG then returned South to Toowoomba.
